Downtown Crosswalk Art Project

First 2 crosswalk designs bring color to DeLeon Plaza; 7 more to go

The City partnered with the Victoria Fine Arts Association for this project. The crosswalks are being painted by Free Art Victoria. Sponsors are the Victoria Rotary Club, Capital Title of Texas, Peaches and Tortilla Mercantile, Novel Women Book Club, Msignd, the Victoria Fine Arts Association, the Quilt Guild of Greater Victoria, Prosperity Bank and the Keating family.
